Peanut Butter Banana Toast



A quick and satisfying vegan snack or breakfast option that combines the creamy goodness of peanut butter with the sweetness of bananas, all on a crunchy toast base.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup optional
  • Pinch of cinnamon optional

Instructions:

Toast the whole grain bread until it turns golden brown

On each toasted slice of bread, put one tablespoon of peanut butter

Put the banana slices on top of the peanut butter

If you want, you can drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon

Serve right away and enjoy!
