Glowing Skin Berry Blast



This delicious smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that promote healthy, radiant skin. The combination of berries, spinach, and Greek yogurt provides essential nutrients while the chia seeds add an extra boost of omega-3 fatty acids for a youthful glow.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender
