Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated erythritol or sweetener of your choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined

Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips

Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean

Remove from the oven and let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely

Once cooled, you can optionally melt some additional sugar-free chocolate chips and drizzle it over the donuts for extra decadence

Enjoy your gluten-free chocolate brownie donuts!
