There are lots of ingredients in this Keto smoothie that are known to help ease menstrual cramps. Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon MCT oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
